These Terms of Use is a legally binding agreement made between you (User) and Contemplative Carmel, as well as any other media form related to, linked, or otherwise connected (collectively known as, the “Site”) concerning your access to and use of the website https://www.contemplativecarmel.com. By using the Site the User hereby consents to our disclaimer and agrees to its terms. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of use at any time. The “Last Updated” date will indicate when these terms have been changed or edited.
By using the Site the User:
Has the legal capacity to use the site and agrees to these Terms of Use
Is not under the age of thirteen, is not a minor in the jurisdiction which the User resides, or has the consent and permission from a parent or guardian to engage with the Site
Will not access the Site through non-human means. These restrictions apply to any robot, spider, scraper, web crawler or other automated means.
Will not violate any law or regulation

Provided that the User is eligible to use the Site, the User is granted a limited license to download or print a copy of any portion of the content on the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

INDIVIDUAL CONTENT CREATOR CONTRIBUTIONS
The Site may invite the User to submit text, writings, published books for book review, essays, poetry, photographs, photo stories, graphics, artwork and/or other forms of artistic expression (collectively known as, “Contributions”) to be considered for publication on the Site. Submission of Contributions does not guarantee publication on the Site and publication of Contributions to the Site is at the sole discretion of the creator of Contemplative Carmel and/or its editor(s). The Site, the site owner(s), and/or editor(s) have the right and sole discretion to: 1) edit, redact, or change Contributions; 2) move the location of Contributions on the Site; 3) delete any Contribution at any time, for any reason and without notice. When the User and/or individual content creator makes available any Contributions, the User and/or individual content creator verifies that they are the creator of the Contributions and authorize the Site and other users of the Site to use Contributions in any manner dictated by the Site and these Terms of Use.
The Site does not assert any ownership over User Contributions. A User and/or individual content creator retains full ownership of any and all Contributions and any intellectual rights or other proprietary rights associated with the Contributions. The Site, the site owner(s), editor(s) or other individual content creators are not liable for any statements or representations of User and/or individual content creator Contributions published on the Site. The User and/or individual content creator is solely responsible for Contributions to the Site and agrees to exonerate the Site, the site owner(s), editor(s) or other individual content creators from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against the Site, the site owner(s), editor(s) or other individual content creators regarding User Contributions.
